£50,000 – £60,000 A fantastic opportunity to perform a strategic client-side role
This Real Estate Investment Trust are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join their team and work strategically across a UK/European portfolio. The role will require the successful candidate to have solid, demonstrable asset management experience in a number of sectors. This is a specialist team, so a proactive, outgoing property professional will best suit this outfit. 2/3 years PQE minimum required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting the AM of Office, Retail and Industrial/Logistics assets across the UK and London with a market value of roughly 600m+
- The identification and completion of real estate asset management initiatives, which include leasing, lease renewal / re-grants, lease surrenders, lease re-gears, rent reviews, refurbishment, development, and asset disposals.
