This company, established over 100-years ago, mainly specialise in providing expert advice to public sector institutions including local government, defence, emergency services, to name a few.
The successful candidate will be part of the facilities management department working on a long-term framework contract in the defence sector. Day-to-day duties include carryout stock condition surveys and fire risk assessments on government assets and other commercial buildings. The role will be based in Swindon with frequent travel to site.
Candidates are required to be MRICS or MCIOB from a consultancy, client-side or public sector background and can work independently.
