This is a role which will encapsulate all the Building Surveying skills you have gained throughout your APC and give you to the opportunity to take on new levels of responsibility and take the lead on your own projects.
This is a medium sized property consultancy with an excellent reputation in the market who are expanding their team due to their ever increasing project pipeline. It is an exciting time to jump on board and hit the ground running working on a broad commercial and industrial property portfolio.

Experience Required:
- MRICS (or close to)
- RICS Accredited tertiary Qualification
- Full UK Drivers License
- Excellent writen and verbal communication skills
