ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LONDON
£50,000 – £55,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package
Beach Baker is working with a leading private practice to attract an Associate Director or Senior Surveyor looking to progress into an A.D. level position.
You will be responsible for a leading client of the firm who owns prestigious sites across London and the South East. The portfolio has a mix of high street retail, large offices and industrial properties.
You will work with a close and friendly team of 6 within the wider property management function to deliver the best property management services to a leading fund.
Based in the City, you will work from bright and modern offices as part of a wider office network.
You will undertake a range of activities, which will include
- Strategic review and due diligence for acquisitions and sales
- Client reporting
- Managing rental income
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings
- Lease regears / reversions
- Refurbishment / development improvements
- Consents to assign, sublet and alter
- Property Inspections
- Service Charges
- Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure
- Liaising with agents, solicitors, consultants, etc
