ASSOCIATE : DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY LONDON
£56,000 – £60,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting a leading private practice to attract an additional development consultancy surveyor into this expansion role to be based from its modern offices, with easy commuter routes and close to the tube.
Our client works with a wide range of clients from the public sector to the private sector, working with developers, land owners and regeneration practices.
This role will be based from London and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most high profile London developments.
You will provide a full range of development consultancy advice, including:-
- Development appraisals
- Land use assessments/option advice
- Option reports
- Valuation of land and assets
- Negotiating/providing transaction advice for acquisitions/disposals
- Financial appraisals
- Advising on Section06 viability issues
- Negotiating and structure Head of Terms for transactions
The role provides the opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team, providing mainly major residential development advice.
Candidates should be an experienced development consultancy surveyor, MRICS, self-motivated and competent using Argus Developer.
