This Property Consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their existing and growing team of professionals.
This role will primarily involve undertaking commercial professional work with a bias toward dilapidations, due diligence and building surveys as well as contract administration of projects on all types of commercial premises. You will also be active in the business development for the team as well as the mentoring or more junior members of the team.
For this role you will need to be MRICS and have a tertiary technical qualification or professional equivalent. Extensive experience within Commercial Building Surveying is essential in this role. The property portfolio is varied across the commercial sector and wil present challenges to the successful candidate.
