Asset Manager – Industrial & Logistics – London
Basic Salary of £50,000 Base + Strong Package and Commission Structure
This Commercial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting an Asset Manager to join their expanding London team. This role will suit a specialist Asset Manager to focus on a Logistics portfolio working within a medium sized team. The successful candidate should come from a Valuation or Asset Management background, know the fundamentals of industrial projects and be able to value industrial assets.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 2+ years PQE. Assisting in the valuation and Asset Management process managing a portfolio of Industrial Assets and ensuring that asset management plans are being delivered
