A prime location on the outskirts of Derby city centre has been let to a car retail giant in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Acting on behalf of landlord Wellglade, NG has sealed a deal to let the 2-acre site on Stores Road to Vertu Motors.
The deal comes after NG were instructed to market the land on the landlord’s behalf.
NG director Sunny Landa said: “NG has been steadily increasing its volume of work in Derby and we now have a strong foothold in the city and plan to expand this even further in 2020.”
“Stores Road has become a centre for high quality car dealerships and is already home to automotive occupiers such as Bristol Street Motors Citroen. Barclays and Mott MacDonald are also nearby and so we’re delighted to have completed a deal to bring another big name to the area.”
