Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Unit 2 Higher Wrantage Farm, Wrantage, Near Taunton on behalf of their clients. The semi detached office building was located in a stone barn conversion with main road frontage onto the A378 Taunton to Langport Road. The office building extended to 48.7 sq m (524 sq ft) and was available at a quoting rent of £4,950 per annum. On site parking was also available.
