TAIT, a worldwide specialist in entertainment automation and stage and set manufacturing, have agreed terms with Trebor Developments/Hillwood for a pre-let of a 100,000 sq ft new manufacturing and office complex to be located at “The Ridge” development, Haverhill, Suffolk, where Trebor/Hillwood are delivering a range of 5 high quality industrial buildings.
A new planning application has been submitted for the bespoke TAIT building and following consent work will progress on site from spring 2020.
Construction is already underway on the site delivering other speculative industrial units, which will be available in a range of sizes for occupation from September 2020.
