Goodman has recently completed on the sale of Pioneer 210, Ellesmere Port to the Local Authorities’ Property Fund, a client fund managed by CCLA, for an undisclosed price.
The prime, cross–docked industrial distribution facility comprising 210,000 sq ft was built in 2007 and was recently fully refurbished including a completely new warehouse floor.
Upon expiry and during the refurbishment the unit was almost immediately let to Novar ED&S (part of Honeywell International Inc) on a new 10 year lease.
