Following the acquisition of King Wilkinson in January 2020, the General Practice team at Vickery Holman has been bolstered by the recruitment of another highly experienced surveyor.

Chris has extensive Landlord & Tenant and Business Rates experience acting for both Landlords and Tenants over the years. “It has been easy to transition King Wilkinson clients to Vickery Holman due to their long-standing professional reputation. I have thoroughly enjoyed joining such a large, experienced team of surveyors operating across the whole of the Western region”. Chris will be based in Exeter and continue to work with clients across the area helping them with their rating, rent reviews and lease renewal issues.
The acquisition of King Wilkinson has expanded an already large property management portfolio for Vickery Holman, while adding considerable expertise to the General Practice team and enhancing its client base across the South West.
