Stratton Creber Commercial’s Exeter office has announced the letting of the TAG Business Centre at Station Road, Willand to K & S Auto Services who have relocated from around the corner.
This new 5,473 sq ft workshop and office facility also benefits from a front self-contained and fenced site.
A new 10 year lease was agreed and the asking rental was £35,000 per annum exclusive.
