Cooke & Arkwright was recently named Most Active Agent in South Wales 2019 by Estates Gazette, a leading title in the commercial property industry.
The award recognises the firm’s strength in the commercial property sector in South Wales and its influence with decision makers in the property community.
It is the fourth time in recent years that Cooke & Arkwright has won an Estates Gazette award and came shortly after the firm won the Commercial Agent category at the inaugural Cardiff Property Awards.
