Mobile phone store O2 to upsize

Mobile phone operator Talk Talk, which trades as O2, is to open a new store in The Shires shopping centre in Trowbridge, Wiltshire which is owned by Threadneedle Investments and advised by Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan and Jones Lang LaSalle.

The retailer is to relocate and upsize from a 1,030 sq ft store within the centre to a new unit at 33 The Shires which will be 1,620 in size. It has taken on a 10 year lease for the new store.

The Shires, which is built around the site of a former wool mill, comprises more than 50 stores and welcomes 120,000 people a week.
