Hollis makes eight promotions across the UK

Vikki Aitkenhead, Senior Associate, Hollis

International, independent real estate consultancy Hollis has announced eight promotions across its UK offices.

The promotions acknowledge the hard work and commitment of staff at the firm.

The most senior of the promotions saw Glasgow based Vikki Aitkenhead and London based Matt Field and Suk Dosanjh promoted to Senior Associate. Aitkenhead is an instrumental member of the Environment, Energy, and Sustainability team. She is experienced in a broad range of environmental consultancy services associated with contaminated land assessment (including technical due diligence, Phase I and II work) and legal compliance with environmental regulation.

Field works across the project management team and is responsible for the delivery of commercial office and retail refurbishment projects of values from £100,000 to £10 million for a variety of clients.

Dosanjh is a specialist in development monitoring and technical due diligence working with clients including Tritax and Longbow.

Commenting John Woodman, Senior Partner at Hollis, said: “At Hollis, our business isn’t surveying: it’s people. We work hard to instill a culture of excellence, opportunity, and development. I have always subscribed to the notion that so long as we take care of our people, they will take care of our clients, and the growth that the business has achieved over the past year supports this ideology.

“Well done and congratulations to those promoted, and to their mentors – I am honoured to lead an organisation with such exceptional talent.”
