Office fit out completes at Acero Sheffield for leading financial services brand

A Grade A office fit-out has completed at Acero Sheffield on behalf of Managed Office Solutions, part of Regus, for a high profile banking and financial services brand. The fastrack, 9 week programme was managed by the Project Management team at CBRE in Leeds and was delivered on time, below the project budget.

The latest phase of Sheffield DC’s prime business space development will add two striking buildings to the city’s skyline, adjacent to Electric Works and Ventana House. The first of these is Acero, Sheffield’s future-ready business space, which is a replica of Ventana House, providing 80,326 sq ft of office space over 6 floors.

Acero Sheffield is unrivalled across the city due to its mix of large, flexible floor plates, its location with excellent transport accessibility, its energy efficiency, prestige and presence. The new fit-out, managed by CBRE, of the 1st floor of Acero building comprises circa 11,000 sq ft of open plan/call centre provision.

The property is located in a prime position in the city with Sheffield Railway Station directly opposite, and Sheffield Bus Interchange nearby. Fitzalan Square/ Ponds Forge Supertram stop is a short walk away, and by car, connections to J33 and J34 of the M1 motorway are accessible within minutes.

Mark Rugg, Associate Director for CBRE’s Project Management team in Leeds, commented;

“We are delighted to complete the fit-out for our client at the new state-of-the-art Acero building in Sheffield. The team delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standard possible, and we’re pleased to produce results that are perfectly suited to our client’s bespoke needs.”

Ian Brough, Managing Director, Building Interiors Ltd said:

“Following CBRE’s project tender process, Building Interiors was delighted to be awarded this scheme. As the main contractor for the project, it allowed us to develop relationships with both HSBC and the Regus team. We hit all required targets set by the client and contract and look forward to working with the team again.”
