Mondelez commits to Uxbridge Buisness Park

Arlington has announced that Mondelez UK has committed its long-term future to Uxbridge Business Park in west London.

Having occupied Building 3, Uxbridge Business Park as its UK headquarters since 2007, the leading global snacking manufacturer, and owner of the nation’s favourite chocolate bar Cadbury’s, has agreed a new 10-year lease on 54,991 sq ft over ground and first floors, within Building 3.

Paul McSweeney, Asset Management Director at Arlington commented: “Having been a major customer since we first built their Headquarters in 2007, we have been working with Mondelez UK to find a long-term solution for their continued occupation at the park. We are delighted that they have recommitted as a major customer on the Park.”

Arlington has recently completed the development of a new amenity hub for the park with a new Clubhouse at its heart. A market first, it includes meeting rooms, studio space and restaurant alongside sports facilities that include an all-weather 5 a-side pitch and multi-use games area.

Uxbridge Business Park is also home to Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Xerox and Lifescan with more new names to be announced shortly.

CBRE acted for Mondelez UK while Arlington was unrepresented.
