BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, has secured a 50,000 sq ft warehousing facility for Paragon Sleeves & Cartons, the UK’s leading manufacturer of responsible packaging for the retail food industry. The company has signed a 10 year lease, with all inclusive rent, on the unit located in Guyhirn, Peterborough.
Paragon Sleeves & Cartons is the packaging group’s dedicated board division, providing award-winning quality from one of the UK’s only dual-process print facilities. Delivering an industry leading model of excellence service, the new stock and storage investment will extend this offering through additional warehousing capacity.
