FremantleMedia sells freehold of 20 & 21 Newman Street

FremantleMedia Limited has sold the freehold interests at 20 & 21 Newman Street (22,522 sq ft). The buildings, which won the RIBA Award for Architecture in 2002 were placed on the market in April this year.

Following significant interest from residential developers and owner occupiers the building has been sold to Newman Assets Limited for conversion to hotel. The purchaser paid £17.5million and is working on an ultra high end boutique hotel and private club.
