Sanderson Weatherall moves to Central Square South

Market leading property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall have completed their move to Central Square South, the newly refurbished office development located adjacent to Newcastle Central Station.

Central Square South is one of the most striking office buildings in the North East and the team of 40 property experts have moved in to the 2nd floor of the building, having spent 20 years at their previous address on Grey Street.

The office fit out, which was completed by Sanderson Weatherall’s in-house building consultancy & architecture team, includes open plan office space, break out areas, a state of the art kitchen facility and a number of meeting rooms.

Richard Farr, head of Sanderson Weatherall’s Newcastle office commented, “Having spent 20 years on Grey Street it’s going to be a big change and whilst it’s a shame to be moving we felt the time was right. Central Square South is one of Newcastle’s landmark office buildings and we feel our move further reinforces our commitment to Newcastle and the North East.

“Our in-house team has created a fantastic, dynamic working environment that will undoubtedly encourage collaboration, enhance productivity and it’s great to see real enthusiasm throughout our teams.”

Sanderson Weatherall will be joining the likes of PWC, HSBC Bank and DWF Solicitors, who currently occupy space in the building.
