Newly appointed partner at Edinburgh law firm receives RICS Mediation Accreditation

Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has announced a series of senior promotions including Philip Knight as a new partner in its Edinburgh office. The good news is part of a wider round of promotions across the firm with a total of five new partners, one legal director and six associates.

Philip heads up the firm’s litigation practice in Scotland and deals with a broad range of commercial, insolvency and real estate related disputes. He is ranked in Chambers and acts for a wide range of organisations and individuals in a variety of disputes including a number of well-known blue chip hospitality, leisure and retail clients.

Philip has also recently become a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Accredited Evaluative Mediator, one of only two solicitors in Scotland to hold such a qualification.
