Canmoor has announced another new occupier for Westway Park in Renfrew. Leading building contractor Qualis Ltd has moved its headquarters to the newly refurbished Gatehouse office building.
The company has relocated to Westway from a smaller base in Barrhead and currently employs 20 staff. The new suite allows for future expansion and Qualis has agreed a two-year lease at an all inclusive rental of £20 per sq ft.
Canmoor purchased Westway a year ago and has managed the refurbishment of the Gatehouse office suites, as well as making improvements to the overall park infrastructure.
