A long-standing Swansea-based property company has changed its trading name to RJ Chartered Surveyors and adopted a new visual identity.
Directors, Rowland Jones, Gareth Harries and Deborah D’Alesio (pictured) decided to make the change as part of a strategy for growing the company and increasing its reach across Wales.
Director, Rowland Jones, said:
“We’ve been successfully operating across South Wales and in some parts of North Wales since 1991 and have grown organically over that time. As Directors, we felt that we needed a step change to push the business further and the new name and visual identity will help us do that.
“Our new identity is built on a detailed review of the business which helped us identify what gives us the edge in helping our clients. Although our business is all about property, we know that being successful is about much more than simply the bricks and mortar. It’s about doing business with people you like and respect and who you can count on to go the extra mile to make sure you get a solution to your property challenge. Our current clients have told us that, as a company, we do just that, so we want to get that message out more widely.”
Director, Gareth Harries, said:
“Every single one of our dedicated and professional team of staff plays an important part in finding tailored solutions for our clients and we wanted to recognise that in the way we present ourselves. The new website which we’ve just launched sets out our approach and introduces our key staff to existing and potential clients, which we think will help to build relationships.
A couple of our team are Welsh speakers, so we’re also highlighting this as something we can offer our clients. If you use Welsh at home or in the workplace then we think it’s good to know that you can work with us in Welsh too.”
Director, Deborah D’Alesio, said:
