Family business Hard Rock Scaffolding takes over industrial unit in Rosyth

Acting on behalf of M7 Real Estate, Ryden has let Unit 4D Barham Road, Rosyth to family run business Hard Rock Scaffolding, which has taken a five year lease on the 3,163 sq ft property with a quoting rent of £7 per sq ft.

Unit 4D Barham Road at Forties Commercial Campus comprises a mid-terrace steel portal frame warehouse. Situated on the northern shore of the Firth of Forth, Forties Commercial Campus occupies a gateway position into Fife and the North of Scotland, and its proximity to the new Queensferry Crossing also provides a key location to service Scotland’s central belt and the Lothians.

Finlay Miller of Ryden commented on the deal: “The recent letting to Hard Rock Scaffolding highlights Rosyth and the nearby area as an excellent choice for suitable industrial space.

Vacancy rates in the Greater Edinburgh area are reaching an all time low and, with limited new pipeline development, options such as Rosyth are increasingly being considered thanks to its great connectivity.”

Ryden and JLL represented landlord M7 Real Estate in this deal, whilst Hard Rock Scaffolding was unrepresented.
