Malcolm Hollis makes six promotions across the UK

Independent commercial building consultancy firm Malcolm Hollis has announced six key promotions in its Belfast, Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices. Dan Roberts, Gareth White, James Clark, Jordan Potter, Stephen O’Neill, and William Purvis have all been recognised for their dedication and commitment to excellence in their work.

Dan Roberts has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Manchester office. Roberts earned his bachelors’ degree in building surveying from the University of Salford and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He joined Malcolm Hollis in 2015 and specialises in project management and construction design and management (CDM) instructions, with a particular focus on the office sector. Roberts is a member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM). He has distinguished himself throughout his time at Malcolm Hollis, and recently project managed the relocation of the Manchester office. The branch implemented new, sustainable technology, and expects to be one of the first ‘excellent’ rated fit-outs in the North West under the BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-out (RFO) Standard, once verified by the BRE.

James Clark has been promoted to Senior Chartered Building Surveyor in the Manchester office. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in building surveying from the University of Salford and has over five years of industry experience. He has been a valued member of the Malcolm Hollis team since joining in 2015 where he specialises in technical due diligence and landlord and tenant matters.

Gareth White has been promoted to Associate in Malcolm Hollis’s Belfast office. White joined Malcolm Hollis in 2015 from The Sweett Group as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. He specialises in project management, contract administration and principal designer roles at the Belfast office.

Jordan Potter has been promoted to Senior Chartered Building Surveyor in London. Potter earned his bachelor’s degree in building surveying from the University of Reading. He joined Malcolm Hollis as a graduate in 2014 and has four years of industry experience. Potter specialises in dilapidations, tenant alterations and reinstatement cost assessments. His clients include Logicor and The Portman Estate.

Stephen O’Neill has been promoted to Associate in the London offices and works in their Mechanical and Electrical service division. O’Neill completed a HNC in electrical engineering from the College of North West London in 2013. He joined Malcolm Hollis in 2016. O’Neill is a specialist in electrical design, with particular experience in commercial and retail sector projects.

William Purvis has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Birmingham office. Purvis earned his bachelors’ degree in building surveying from Birmingham City University. He has over ten years of experience in the industry, and joined Malcolm Hollis in 2014. He specialises in technical due diligence.
