Towler Shaw Roberts is pleased to announce the sale of a terrace of trade counter and warehouse units at 1-4 Knights Park, Knights Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park in Shrewsbury on behalf of retained private clients.
The investment property, occupied by Screwfix, Links Electrical, Greenhous and Reviive, was sold for £2.3million to a Shropshire-based company pension fund.
James Harrison, Head of Asset Management Services at TSR, acted for the vendor.
He said: “The investment generated a lot of interest from national and local investors and eventually sold above the original asking price, at a figure reflecting a net initial yield of 6.4 per cent, which demonstrates the strength of the investment market in Shrewsbury.”
This sale comes on the back of a number of successful investment sales by TSR.
As a consequence, TSR are shortly to be marketing a portfolio of retail investment properties in the West Midlands at £2.4 million lot size.
