Acting on behalf of an international film production company, T G Commercial Ltd has secured the acquisition of the leasehold interest of Unit 4 Nash Mead, on the established Queensway Meadows industrial estate in Newport, South Wales.
Urban Myth Films Ltd have signed a 5 year lease of the self contained 48,115 sq ft facility at a rent in excess of £200,000 per annum for the production of a new high-end drama series scheduled to be released in 2019.
The landlord, G D Environmental Services Ltd, was represented by the Cardiff office of Cushman and Wakefield.
