Strutt & Parker’s Cambridge Planning team

Strutt & Parker’s Cambridge Planning team has expanded with the appointment of two new team members.

Sav Patel has joined as an Associate Director from Cambridge City Council, where he was a Principal Planner in Housing Delivery. Sav brings with him a wealth of experience having previously working in both public and private sector organisations, including RPS Planning and Kent County Council.

In addition, Emma Hulland has joined, increasing the Cambridge Planning team to eight professional planners, encompassing a wide-range of specialist expertise and experience across a number of sectors. Emma is currently on the Strutt & Parker graduate programme.

The team is working on a number of exciting projects, including several potential Garden Village and New Settlement proposals in East Anglia. It is also involved in a number of housing developments across the region and education projects for new schools and campuses across Cambridgeshire.

Paul Sutton, a Senior Associate Director in Cambridge Planning, commented: “We are very excited to welcome Sav and Emma to our team at a time when we are working on a number of diverse and complex projects. The knowledge of both the public and private sectors that Sav can provide will help us to build upon the expertise and experience we already have within the team. It is also great to welcome Emma, who is at the beginning of her career – we can’t wait to see how she progresses as the programme goes on.”
