Llantrisant Business Park attracts Recruitment Company

South Wales recruitment company has acquired office space at Magden Park in Llantrisant.
Excell Personnel Ltd has taken 1,200 sq ft at Unit 7 Magden Park on a five year lease for its growing recruitment business.

The letting was agreed by the Cardiff office of DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL) and Savills on behalf of Rightacres Property Company Limited.

Alex Easton, Associate Director at DTZ in Cardiff, commented: “Excell Personnel has taken the opportunity to upgrade its accommodation and secure a competitive rental package at Magden Park which is strategically located close to the M4 motorway and offers high quality office accommodation within a pleasant, working environment.”

Gary Carver of joint agent Savills commented: “The Park continues to attract good quality companies. We are able to accommodate requirements from 1,650 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft with 16,000 sq ft available for immediate occupation.”

Chris Terry of joint agents Fletcher Morgan added: “The scheme has attracted high quality amenities, including a Premier Inn hotel and Whitbread pub and restaurant as well as tenants including, Velindre NHS Trust and Giles Insurance.”

Excell Personnel Limited is an independent recruitment services provider which recently launched a new division called Excell Rail.

The development, when fully complete, will comprise 13 self-contained 2 and 3-storey office buildings totaling 30,000 sq ft, each with comfort cooling/heating and their own dedicated car parking.
