Coachworks Consulting builds new Derbyshire office

Coachworks Consulting, a leading business support specialist in Derbyshire, has built and moved into its new 1,200 sq ft premises after choosing HSBC to provide some of the required funding.

Coachworks provides services such as leadership coaching, change management and training and development for some of the UK’s largest automotive manufacturers, suppliers and retailers. Its new premises, which is situated on a seven-acre farm near Ashbourne owned by managing director, Karl Davis, boasts more space for staff, bicycle/vehicle parking and showers as well as materials storage, an upgraded kitchen/dining space and meeting facilities.

The new office funding has also enabled the business to house three new members of staff and future proof it’s I.T. infrastructure.

Karl Davis, Managing Director of Coachworks Consulting, said: “We’ve been banking with HSBC since we started the business sixteen years ago. The bank’s support has helped us continue to grow and this latest round of funding has meant we now have a brand new office that will enable us to bring in more staff and secure new clients. Our Relationship Manager at HSBC, Jack Stone, has been instrumental in this latest transaction and I’m grateful for the bank’s continued support.”

David Tomlinson, HSBC’s Area Director in Derbyshire, added: “I’m delighted we’ve been able to support Karl and his team to build and fit-out Coachworks’ new offices. The team is continuing to grow and the new purpose-built premises will support the business as it continues to be one of the UK’s leading consultants in business strategy and coaching for the automotive industry.”

Coachworks Consulting has a strong reputation as thought leaders in business strategy for the automotive sector, providing support to manufacturers and retailers in improving leadership, customer experience, sales performance, staff and customer retention and in making wider business efficiencies.

Since moving into its new premises in spring of this year, Coachworks has secured a contract with a leading Midlands-based car maker.
