A global property networking group is set to launch at an event this week (19 July) at Brewhouse & Kitchen in Nottingham.

YEP Nottingham will become the sixth UK chapter of global networking organisation for the property and construction industries and will officially launch at the event later this week.

Tom Spink, a senior consultant at Pulse Associates, will chair the new group and says it will offer something different to the city’s existing networking scene.

He said: “We are really excited to be bringing YEP to Nottingham; it has been in the planning for nearly a year now and we are looking forward to our official launch event in the city and are delighted to say that it is totally sold out.

“YEP is all about bringing together professionals from across the property and construction sector in a relaxed environment where they can make new connections as well as build on existing relationships.

“We want to bring something new and interesting to the already thriving property and construction industry within the city and wider East Midlands, so we’re looking forward to seeing lots of people join us for our inaugural event and find out a bit more about what YEP is all about.”

The event is aimed at professionals operating within the property and construction industry within Nottingham and the wider East Midlands.

Annie Brafield, account director at PR and digital consultancy Cartwright Communications also sits on the YEP committee.

She added: “We have been working hard behind the scenes to get ready to launch YEP in Nottingham and we’re really looking forward to our very first event this week. This will be the first of a rolling programme of events taking place throughout the year, which will be great fun to attend but also allow professionals to network in a relaxed setting and build their connections across the region.”

The YEP Nottingham committee is made up of Matthew Wrate of Couch Perry Wilkes, Aiden Bell of CPMG, Annie Brafield of Cartwright Communications, Matt Price and Ben Lancaster from Curtins, Laura-Beth Hutton of Eversheds Sutherland, Rob Haigh of Harris Lamb, Jason Bierton of Nottingham Trent University, Tom Collins of nineteen47, Amy Revell of Paragon Interiors, Tom Spink of Pulse Associates and Michael Goodchild of Survey Hub.
