Mapeley enjoys early success at One Francis Grove, Wimbledon

Mapeley has agreed terms to sublet 4,535 sq ft, on the first floor at One Francis Grove, Wimbledon to Health and safety wear firm, HPC Healthline, on a short term lease, until March 2021, at £30.70 per sq ft.

One Francis Grove is a prominent office building which is situated just 200 metres from Wimbledon town centre, adjacent to the A219, a main road artery which runs off the A3, and is within easy walking distance of Wimbledon’s mainline rail, tube and tram station.

“At One Francis Grove, we are offering a rare opportunity to take short-term, flexible space, at a very competitive, low passing rent. We are delighted to have HPC Healthline on the first floor and expect the remaining 9,000 sq ft on the second and third floors to appeal to a broad range of occupiers, so it should be snapped up quickly,” said Ian Gladwinfield, Head of Asset Management at Mapeley.
