Aprirose appoints Tim Shearman as CEO of Hotels

Aprirose, the real estate investment company, has appointed Tim Shearman as Chief Executive Officer – Hotels as the company continues its expansion.

As CEO of Hotels Shearman is charged with overseeing the asset management and growth of the new hotel business within Aprirose’s diverse £1.7 billion real estate portfolio.

Shearman joins Aprirose from London & Regional where he was Chief Operating Officer of Hotels, responsible for the operational and asset management of their £4 billion global hotel portfolio. Prior to this Shearman was VP Asset Management for Westmont Hospitality Group with responsibility for their European hotels. He has also worked at Kew Green Hotels leading the operations strategy. Shearman started his career with Hilton in various General Manager roles, and now joins Aprirose with over 32 years of industry experience.

Aprirose’s recent hotel acquisitions include the QHotels business for £525 million in September 2017, bringing the number of hotels within the portfolio to 37.
