Blue Marble lets final floor at Birmingham office building and places it on the market

Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has fully let a Birmingham city centre office building and placed it on the market.

Alongside its joint venture partner Antringham Developments, and acting on behalf of Pemberstone Group, Blue Marble has let 3,645 sq ft of office space on the third floor of 63 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2DP, to an unnamed travel company, on a new five year lease, at an asking rent of £18.50psf.

This deal means that 63 Church Street is fully let, and Blue Marble has instructed Franck-Steier Price to market the freehold investment.

“We are delighted to let the final floor of 63 Church Street and to place it on the market as a rare opportunity to acquire the investment in a multi-let, fully-let office building in Birmingham’s central core,” says Tim Matthews, Blue Marble Chief Executive.

“Our comprehensive refurbishment of modern office space behind a pleasing traditional façade has worked well for us.”

Selling agent Andrew Price of Franck-Steier Price says: “This is an exceptional opportunity to buy this lot size in the city core. 63 Church Street offers a fully income producing investment to an investor in a building with no capital expenditure for the foreseeable future.”

The new tenant will join language school The Language Gallery, Midlands law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys, international beauty brand, Elemis, the Lifetime Training Group and Blue Marble itself at 63 Church Street.
