Planning permission granted for 7,000 sq ft of new offices near Whitby

The Mulgrave Estate has been granted planning permission for nearly 7,000 sq ft of new, high quality office accommodation in a semi-rural location to the north of Whitby, North Yorkshire, to help meet demand from local businesses.

Sympathetically converted from former diary buildings, five new modern office suites will be created, ranging in size from 613 sq ft to 3,121 sq ft, at the Ayrshire Buildings, Mulgrave Castle, on the Mulgrave Estate, a 15,000 acre estate, running from the coast to the North York Moors, just north of Whitby.

Middlesbrough-based independent commercial property consultancy Dodds Brown has been appointed to market the new office space which will be ready for occupation from April 2019.
