Two senior hires for Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Asset Services

Cushman & Wakefield has made two senior appointments to its EMEA Asset Services team in Maarten de Haas and Tina Parfitt.

Maarten de Haas has joined from Deloitte as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), a new role responsible for the strategy and relationship with existing and prospective clients. Tina Parfitt has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO). She will drive the technology agenda, supporting the strategic aims of the Asset Services business across EMEA.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Maarten was a Director and member of Deloitte’s Global Strategies Group with a leading role in business development and growth, as well as ensuring a customer centric service delivery at all levels.

Tina joins from Countrywide Plc, where she held the role of Group Head of IT Services and Operations, leading all IT service and associated operational aspects of technology delivery to support the sales and lettings teams.
