Trebor Developments / Kay Properties joint venture has appointed Contractors to undertake the speculative development of a 102,000 sq ft, high quality, industrial building located at Kingswood Lakeside, Cannock.
Independent Stabilisation Company Limited has been appointed for the site preparation works and A&H Construction Limited for the main building construction. Work will commence in May with the building ready for occupation within the next 12 months.
The building is available on a leasehold or freehold basis, on competitive terms.
