Start on site at 100,000 sq ft Havant speculative industrial development

Following the appointment by Taurus Developments and LaSalle Investment Management (‘La Salle’) of Marbank Construction as the contractor to build ‘Velocity’ in Havant, work began this week on the eight month build programme.

Practical Completion is scheduled for December 2018. Once complete, Velocity will provide excellent opportunities for industrial and distribution occupiers to occupy premium new build units located within the town’s main industrial area. The 4.85 acre site on Stanbridge Road also has excellent road links to the A27, M27 and A3(M) corridors, and is within walking distance of both Havant town centre and railway station.

The completed the scheme will comprise 101,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse and office space arranged over three units ranging from approx. 25,500 sq ft – 45,000 sq ft.
