DM Hall, one of Scotland’s largest firms of independent chartered surveyors, has secured the occupation of Tool Station, the Travis Perkins-owned supplier of trade tools, accessories and hardware products, at a now fully-let commercial development within Stirling’s Springkerse Business area.
The new high-profile development at Munro Road, comprises a total of 13,200 sq.ft.
Deals have now concluded on each of the units, the first of which, Units 1/2 have been let to Tool Station. Units 3/4 has been let to Ocean Reef Bathrooms and Units 5/6 have been taken up by a private gym operator.
Mike McIntyre of DM Hall, who has been responsible for the marketing of the development, said: “The speed with which this development has been let undoubtedly demonstrates healthy underlying tenant demand for high quality commercial space in the right location.
