CBRE Leeds announces promotions and record financial year

CBRE’s Leeds Office has announced four promotions following its sixth year of continued growth with a record 2017 turnover, up 4% on last year with EBITDA jumping up almost 25% on last year to another record level.

CBRE’s Leeds office has the largest Property Management, Building Consultancy and Valuation divisions across its Leeds competitor base.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, Michael Greenbank has been promoted to Director of Asset Services, Paul England has been promoted to Senior Surveyor within the Building Consultancy team and CBRE Leeds also reports two successes in the Leeds Operations Team. Maxine Grayshon has been promoted to Associate Director and Caroline Bell to Surveyor Grade.

In addition to the consultancy and agency teams, CBRE’s Leeds office also incorporates two unique teams, the Petroleum & Automotive and SIPP divisions which sets it apart as a diverse and full-service property firm leading the Leeds marketplace.
