GVA has further strengthened its team in Cardiff with the appointment of experienced chartered surveyor Mike Ware as Director and Regional Head of Property Management.
Mike joins GVA from CBRE where he led the property management team across South Wales, the South West and Birmingham.
GVA’s Cardiff office has a well-established property management team with high profile clients in the city, including 2 Kingsway managed on behalf of Ardstone Capital, and No 1 Capital Quarter managed on behalf of Global Gate Capital.
