Knight Frank appoints new Head of Building Consultancy in Bristol

Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Christian Crawfurd as the new Head of Building Consultancy at its Bristol office.

He succeeds Andrew Burt who has moved to Knight Frank’s London headquarters office.

Christian, 36, joins as Partner from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an associate in the project management and consultancy division. He was previously at Lambert Smith Hampton in Northampton.

He said: “Knight Frank has an enviable client base, built upon a high quality and tailored service delivery for clients, resulting in a strong reputation in the city. This new role provides an exciting opportunity to join the team and I am keen to help build the business grow further.”

The Knight Frank building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle and services include technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations, delivery of refurbishments and occupier fit-outs, contract administration, building reinstatement cost assessments, party wall advice and schedules of condition.
