Bright future for Exeter estate

Alder King has completed the letting of Unit 6 Alphin Brook Road, Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter.  The letting was agreed to Beyond Building Solar Ltd at the full asking rent £17,750 per annum on a new six year lease.

The premises comprise 2,712 sq ft industrial warehouse unit, with 352 sq ft of office space.  This transaction leaves only Unit 8, a similar terraced unit of 2,404 sq ft unit with 332 sq ft of office space, available.

The industrial premises’ prominent position on the busy Alphin Brook Road attracted Beyond Building Solar Ltd to the site.  Beyond Building Solar Ltd will be using the premises as a trade distribution unit for their business, which specialises in delivering renewable energy options to residential and commercial projects.  They have also recently acquired a retail premises in Exmouth which will open for business soon.
