Property advisers JLL has appointed Chris Pockett as director, working alongside Peter Fullam in its Midlands’ Rating team, based in Birmingham.

Chris added: “I am very excited about the opportunity to join JLL to build and enhance existing landlord rating instructions and will work closely other teams within JLL including Building Consultancy, Valuation and Property Asset Management to provide a seamless property consultancy service.

“JLL has a strong existing client base and I am excited about adding my expertise in this sector with our aim of JLL becoming a market leader in the delivery of landlord rating work.

“Landlord rating work is very different to standard occupier rating appeal work and I believe my experience in delivering this will be of great benefit to both existing and prospective clients”
