Double deal at Venture Park as estate is fully let following refurbishment

Savills, on behalf of Catalyst Capital, has let the final two warehouse units at Venture Park on Stirling Way in Bretton, Peterborough to Greencore Food To Go Ltd and Bartec Auto ID Ltd.

Greencore, the international convenience foods producer, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for Unit One and will occupy space totalling 19,016 sq ft (1,766 sq m). Furthermore, Bartec Auto, who specialise in tyre pressure monitoring systems and gas analysers, has agreed to a new 20-year lease for 10,860 sq ft (1,008 sq m) in Unit Two.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “These latest deals represent take-up of approximately 42% of the estate and can be attributed to the comprehensive refurbishment undertaken by the landlord. It is testament to the strength of the recently completed works that the scheme is now fully let.”

Greencore Food To Go Ltd was advised by Knight Frank and Bartec Auto Ltd were unrepresented.
