High-flying property specialist to head up JCP Solicitors’ West Wales teams

South and West Wales law firm JCP Solicitors has appointed a new Director and Head of Property for the whole of its West Wales region who brings with her several years of experience in major property transactions.

A fluent Welsh speaker, Martha Williams comes to JCP Solicitors from Eversheds Sutherland LLP, where she was a Principal Associate in its Real Estate Group with substantial experience in leasing, investment and development work.

For the past 4 years, Martha has advised Amazon on their substantial UK property requirements and their European expansion, together with advising Amazon Web Services on their global data center expansion over 13 jurisdictions.

Martha has also advised JP Morgan Asset Management on their acquisitions of the HSBC Tower and Bishops Square Tower in deals with values in excess of £500 million. She has also advised the Canary Wharf Group on the management of the Estate.
