JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has successfully sold Ardoe House Hotel & Spa on behalf of Amaris Hospitality.
The purchaser is MSB Admiral which has another property located in Brandon, Warwickshire.
The hotel, set within 30 acres of attractive grounds, comprises 120 en-suite bedrooms, a large commercial gym with swimming pool and spa area, nine meeting and conference rooms with one of the largest conference spaces in the city (capacity for 750 delegates), a restaurant and bar area and extensive parking. The site has ancillary properties which offered development potential.
Located in Aberdeen, only a short drive from the city centre and airport, the property offers the tranquillity of a country house hotel with the convenience of city centre amenities all easily accessible.
