More success for CEG as new occupiers set to move into Stuart House, Peterborough

CEG, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has let office space at Stuart House on City Road, Peterborough to Roythornes Solicitors.

Relocating from Dean’s Court at Minster Precints, the commercial law firm has agreed to a new five-year lease for 1,956 sq ft (182 sq m) on part of the third floor of the three storey office building. A further 14,000 sq ft (1,300 sq m) is also currently under offer at Stuart House.

This follows the recent opening of The Hub, a cafe and communal space available to all occupants, as well as a brand new 24 hour gym available to employees within the building.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Stuart House is one of the premier office buildings in Peterborough, offering Grade A office accommodation along with excellent amenity. A unique offer within the Peterborough office market, the building continues to attract top level occupiers and we are very pleased to have secured these latest deals on behalf of our client.”
