Josh Gunn, of Knight Frank’s Bristol industrial agency, said: “We were delighted to assist the landlord with a refurbishment that has paid dividends in attracting two quality tenants. Both are local companies so the units are helping to keep them in the area.”

Chris Miles of Russell Property Consultants, added: ““Kingsland’s location within walking distance of the City Centre and close to the M32 makes it an attractive for choice for businesses keen to be in a central location but also with easy access to the motorway network.”
